Hi. Thank you for visiting my website. I am Kirsty Ellson, a Personal Trainer with a BSc Sport and Exercise Science (Hons) degree, PGCE in Physical Education with 20 years of experience teaching within the secondary and primary sectors. I love to teach, to support, to enable change. My aim is to support you with your fitness, nutrition and wellbeing goals and for you to make a lifestyle change to be the healthier, happier version that you deserve.

A little bit about myself!

Health and Fitness has always been a passion of mine. From the age of 12, I was competing for Bideford ‘Blues’ AAC, North Devon taking part in Club Cross Country and Athletics events which lead to representing the County of Devon in both of these areas and being County Champion for the 400m hurdles.

I carried on my love of sport and fitness to successfully complete my degree in  BSC Sport and Exercise Science (Hons). Here I started to play Lacrosse, Netball and joined my first gym. I have until recently played netball for a local club in Cheltenham playing in the Gloucestershire Netball League.

Running is my passion!  I have won the Chelteham Race for Life 10k, completed the Brighton Marathon 2012 and the London Marathon 2013. My next challenge is to complete another Marathon and somehow try to beat my P.B of 3 hrs 38 minutes.

I have lived  in Cheltenham since I was 19 year old. I know and love the area well.

I have two children  and I know how hectic family life can be! I know it feels you have NO time for yourself – but you can get it and I can help you to find it!

If you think I could help you tone up, lose weight or just improve your fitness give me a call.
I would love to meet you,
All the best
