Cost: 4 x Personal Training Posture Fitball sessions £100
We have devised this class to focus on your posture – you can have the opportunity to ask questions about any specific stiffness, tightness or general posture advice. Remember that we are not medical practitioners, so it may be that we need to refer you to a medical practitioner.
We will be looking at the two different forms of stretching – maintainence and developmental, so that we are lengthening certain muscles to combat postural damage.
All exercises are low impact and for all fitness levels.
