The next block will run for 6 weeks, with a weeks break for half term, then another 6 weeks before Christmas. We will then carry on some sessions right up to Christmas depending on demand and people’s availability 🙂 The sessions will begin the week beginning Monday 10th September.

An aerobics based workout,strengthening the body and core with cardio ‘heart raisers’ to boostthe calorie burning! For ALL fitness levels at Chapel Sp, North Place, Cheltenham (led by Mareike).
£60 for a 10 week blockstarting Wed 3rd October Times: Wed 8:30pm – 9:30pm
Cardio and body strengthening workout. Sat session is cardio based with strengthening led by Kirsty and Sun session is strengthening based with cardio led by Dan Thomas. The indoor session will be taken outside when weather is conducive – this will be led by Dan for the Autumn block.

A cardio and body strengthening PostNatal workout. For mums and buggies. This will be an outdoor session. I am currently trying to find a suitable indoor venue for when the weather is not so kind to us! Led by Kirsty and Vikki.

LEARN TO RUN A gradual introduction to running. Learn the techniques of breathing and how to positionand use your body when running. A small, supportive and non intimidating group. Meet at Pittville Pump Rooms, Pittville Park. Led by Vikki.
