This successful body conditioning class will continue in Spring 2013. Fitball is now entering its third year and has been a huge success in changing people’s lives, making them feel stronger, preparing for more strenous exercise, overcoming physical and emotional barriers. Participants return week after week for an hour of pampering to their bodies at the tranquil venue of Chapel Spa, Cheltenham. A fitness class definately to be tried out!

Low impact ‘mat based’ exercises using a core stability ball and resistance band to develop muscle strength, range of movement and to improve posture (to restful Spa tunes).

For the fitness beginner to the elite. All exercises are offered at different levels and we will accommodate everyone’s fitness needs. If you have a specific injury, we can adapt the class programme to meet your needs – if an injury does not allow you to perform some of the exercises we can give you specific exercises. Small class size where everyone is important.

10 week block (no session for Feb half term) – £55

We understand that cancellations happen, we appreciate it if you could give 12 hours notice. No additional class will be offered if sessions are cancelled within 4 hours of the session.
This payment covers for sessions within January 7th and March 22nd.
