Eat Breakfast to re fuel your body and get your metabolism going!

Take a packed lunch to work – avoid processed food as much as possible.

Snack throughout the day on fruit and uncooked veg.

Reduce calories and increase physical activity (easily said but not so easily done!).

Avoid takeaways at all cost!

Remember every gram of alcohol has 7 calories! Drink wisely!

Each week write a meal planner for the week ahead (include snacks if needed) and shop accordingly.

Desserts can be healthy – but do you really need them?

Aim for at least 3 sessions of 30 minutes of moderate exercise each week and to be active as much as possible every day.

Eat your main meal at lunch time.

Think about your portion size – do you really need that much? Reduce starchy carbs and stock up on fruit and veg.

When exercising gets hard. think of something which really motivates you to keep you going.

Drink 2 litres of water a day – this helps your digestion, your blood flow and energy levels and more…
