What a week so far! Results results results! Well done to all those PT clients who are exercising ‘efficiently’, making good food choices and tracking calories.
We are seeing the results in clothes fitting better, feeling happier in themselves, less general aches and pains, weight loss on the dreaded scales…and so it goes on.
PT clients are currently going through a six week ‘Reset for 2019’ programme – just going back to the basics of tracking what we eat and planning in exercise. This includes an email per week with a focus on
-one key area of nutrition for that week,
-an exercise plan including body weight exercises and cardio intervals
-a mental wellbeing challenge to promote a ‘growth mindset’ and to keep us on track.
In the PT sessions, we follow this up and discuss the topics of the week and personalise this to the client’s needs.
The six week plan is designed to help you lose weight at a safe rate of 0.5kg to 1kg (1lb to 2lb) each week by sticking to a daily calorie allowance plus give you suggestions for exercise and ways to improve your mental wellbeing.
