Hope you have enjoyed your fitball sessions this term. The terms seems to have flown by! Any feedback you have, either postive or things to improve upon would be very welcomed.
We will pause the classes for the two weeks of Easter holidays, either side of the Easter weekend for a well earned break. Classes will start up again week beginning Monday 8th April.
For the Spring term, there are two payment options:
Termly Payment – 16 sessions @£6.50 per session = £104
Half Termly Payment – 8 sessions @£6.50 per session = £52
If you miss a session, please come and join in a Monday Fitball, Tuesday Blast and Stretch, Wednesday Fitball or any Parkfit sessions (Monday 1pm with Buggies, Friday 9:30am or Saturday 9am). It doesn’t need to be that week, just within the block that you paid.
A NEW Fitball session will be on Wednesdays 8pm to 9pm. This will be run by a new instructor who will be trained by Kirsty and planning of sessions will be carried out jointly.
Thank you for your commitment, enthusiasm and most of all your friendliness. The Fitball sessions are welcoming and it is everyone who takes part that adds to the relaxed, supportive atmosphere. Scroll down to see an overview of the befitlovefit classes for Spring 2013.

Parkfit meets at Pittville Pump Rooms, Cheltenham – come with a bottle of water and when wet or cold bring gloves.
Fitball sessions are at Chapel Spa, North Place, Cheltenham – please bring a core stability ball (and mat if you would prefer your own).
Blast and Stretch is at The Gym, 292 High Street, Cheltenham (next door to Up and Running).
All classes are small and friendly. Approx 8 to 13 people in a class to ensure you get the attention you deserve and fun to be had!!! Some Parkfits may have more participants at times.
