Fitball, is an effective body conditioning class for ALL fitness levels. Fitball has been a huge success in changing people’s lives, making them feel stronger, preparing for more physical impact exercise, overcoming physical and emotional barriers. The Fitball sessions are welcoming with a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. All classes are small and friendly to ensure you get the attention you deserve.
