I first met Kirsty at one of her Parkfit sessions last Jan, I took to her friendly effervescent personality immediately.
I had never had a personal trainer before, (didn’t really think that I was the ‘type’ of person that used them……) but she was so lovely and encouraging, and I needed to lose weight, so I thought that I would give it a go and I started to see her once a week for personal training, as well as Parkfit and fitball.
She tailored sessions to suit me, and gave me continual support encouragement and interim goals to achieve to keep me motivated with fitness and weightloss. I emailed her my completed weekly training diary and weightloss progress for her evaluation.
I have now lost five dress sizes !!!! Plus I am about to run the London marathon !! happy days.
I would (and do) wholeheartedly recommend Kirsty to ladies that may require a little bit of extra motivation and fun with their exercise regime.

Fiona has lost five dress sizes by developing a fun fitness routine. Fiona has a varied ‘activity’ on every evening Monday to Friday, including Fitball, Kickboxing, running with friends, running with Almost Athletes club and has had great support from her family, especially her partner, Carl aka ‘Knight in Shining Armour’! Fiona has also been using Herbalife products which again have supported the weight loss.
What makes Fiona’s achievement so very special is that in the past she has lost the weight and has put it back on. To have maintained the journey for over a year and to still be focused and determined has meant that she is still steadily losing the weight.
However, for Fiona and , it has not all been about the weight. It has been about the fitness results and achievements. To see Fiona complete the Runway 10k at Staverton in sub 1hr was an emotional event. She ran this with Carl and a trusty friend from Almost Athletes – a great achievement. However, this was only one of many runnning events, and is especially keen on the off road events – particularly the Mud Runner. Fiona inspired me to get back in to my running and to join the Almost Athletes Running Club – the friendliest running club in Cheltenham.
Well done, Fi. You have certainly motivated many TWK clients, thank you and well done for everything you have done and will continue to do. The world is your oyster!
