Kirsty changed my life!
We all need a bit of motivation at time, so I thought I would share some of the TWK client’s journey’s. I would like to share Donna’s journey.
Donna and I first met to discuss how I coud support her last January and we sat and had a health and fitness consultation. At that time, Donna was in no exercise routine, felt frustrated with her relationship with food and was stressed with the looming wedding. We developed a close trainer client relationship with regular text messages, gym and home fitness programmes, food diaries. We listened to each other, worked out what was working most effectively and of course made sure the whole process was enjoyable! By the time of the wedding and whole change of lifestyle, Donna was attending the Chapel Spa gym because she enjoyed it, she was able to use the kettlebells, TRX and free weights by herself as she was confident in technique and how to gain results. Donna had changed her diet and cut out the high sugar, high fat foods and concentrate on fruits and veg and meals that were prepared rather than bought ready made. Donna felt happy, confident and was ready for her wedding! Stewy, the groom was so proud of Donna’s achievement and dedication that he mentioned her fitness journey in his speech. It was an amazing experience to be part of and I thank Donna for entrusting me to be her trainer for this time. Come and meet Donna at Parkfit sessions on a Saturday morning!
A few words from Donna…
Kirsty changed my life! I got engaged and then got married in July this year. I started training with Kirsty 2 – 3 times a week from the beginning of May.
By my wedding day I had lost two stone and felt amazing for my big day! All of her sessions were great fun and with her drive and motivation I always knew I was going to succeed. Every session was varied; Kirsty has a vast knowldge of different exercises to target all stubborn areas!
I could not recommend her enough! I still go to Fitball sessions and recently started attending Parkfit where everyone is very friendly and Kirsty tailors the sessions to suit you as well. I now feel confident to go to the gym as Kirsty has taught me so many different things to do there, I now know that what I am doing is actually doing some good!
