On your first meeting, Kirsty will discuss with you what you want to achieve, this could be general weight loss, just want to get in a fitness programme or perhaps need to train for a specific event. The session is all about you and Kirsty will work with you to meet your goals.

In a Personal Training session you will work so much harder as you have someone to take you to the level which you need to get to, and as it is all about you, you are kept to a comfortable but challenging pace which equals results!

Everyone wants different styles of Personal Training. I have devised a 3 tiered programme of Personal Training…

SILVER – 10 sessions of Personal Training. £30 per 1 x hour session.

Includes:

Initial fitness testing of CV, muscular endurance and flexibility.

 Weekly weight check in.

GOLD – 12 sessions of Personal Training. £35 per 1 x hour session.

Includes:

Initial fitness testing of CV, muscular endurance and flexibility. Re test at 6 weeks.

                    Weekly weight check in. BMI check.

                    3 x Body measurements (waist, hips and other area of choice) Re test at 6 weeks

                    Postural assessment.

                   1 x free pass to any TWK classes.

PLATINUM – 12 sessions of Personal Training. £40 per 1 x hour session.

Includes:

Initial fitness testing of CV, muscular endurance and flexibility and re test every 4 weeks.

Dietary assessment – food diary analysis.

Weekly check of blood pressure, BMI, weight, food diary.

Body measurements – taken every 4 weeks.

Body fat testing

Postural assessment. Re test at 6 weeks

1 x free pass to any TWK classes.

‘Homework’ session.
