We will start our fitness journey with a full health and fitness consultation, discussing your current lifestyle, taking measurements (optional) and carrying out some strength, endurance and flexibility tests.
The Personal Training Session
- The session will be 30 mins or an hour
- The session will always start with a warm up and conclude with a cool down.
- The training session is likely to involve one or more of the following, depending on your SMART goal:
- a cardiovascular workout
- muscular strength/endurance
When training with Kirsty, it is about feeling comfortable using the equipment and being able to use it as an intensity to attain results!
You will have the opportunity to strengthen and condition, considering posture development at all times. Kettlebells and free weights are a popular way to increase muscle strength and endurance as well as using core stability equipment such as the TRX suspension trainer or core stability ball.
Kirsty is passionate about having a healthy body to feel good and enjoy life to the max and is qualified to work with special populations of 50+, 70+, Antenatal and Postnatal.

On your first meeting, Kirsty will discuss with you what you want to achieve, this could be general weight loss, just want to get in a fitness programme or perhaps need to train for a specific event. The session is all about you and Kirsty will work with you to meet your goals.
In a Personal Training session you will work so much harder as you have someone to take you to the level which you need to get to, and as it is all about you, you are kept to a comfortable but challenging pace which equals results!
