Parkfit (with buggies): absolutely brilliant, it’s the perfect combination of running and toning your post natal body and you can take it to whatever level suits you as you get into better shape you can run the longer option etc.

Fitball; Very intense toning and strengthening of core muscles, I find it very hard but the results are already starting to show after only 3 sessions, Kirsty is a fantastic trainer and I will recommend these sessions to anyone who is serious about getting fit.
