I have been attending Kirsty’s Thursday evening Fitball class at Dean Close since September and absolutely love it! Really great exercise class that focuses on core stability and caters for all fitness levels. Kirsty is a fabulous motivator and makes the classes really fun too! Would highly recommend.

I went to Kirsty to help gain some strength & fitness back after a baby. I have noticed the difference in just a few weeks! She makes each session unique and personal to your needs and is a great motivator to keep you going.

I love my Fitball sessions every week. Kirsty is great at pushing you a little further and it’s amazing how quickly you improve. Fitball is great for core strength, balance and fitness. I highly recommend Train with Kirsty 💪 Her PT sessions are fab too – hard work but lots of fun 😊

Kirsty’s Fitball classes became one of the highlights of my week and it was the one thing that I wouldn’t miss unless completely necessary! She makes every session fun, challenging but at your level and the mix of strength, stretching and mind boggling poses/activities leaves you with a sense of satisfaction! I can’t wait to book on to the next set of classes.

Kirsty is a natural teacher who really gets the best out of you so you reach your personal potential. I love her Tuesday fitball classes which have really targeted the core areas i can’t seem to reach on my own! I haven’t had any backache since doing her classes and the aromatherapy relax at the end means you leave the class de stressed and ready to take on the world again, love it.
