I started Fitball three months after my second child was born. I wanted to get my stomach muscles back and to improve my core strength.
I feel like I have achieved those goals along with increased all over muscle tone and my posture has definitely improved.
The classes are good fun and they provide some important ‘me’ time. Kirsty is brilliant at making each person work to their individual potential. I find Kirsty inspiring and knowledgable.
The classes are friendly and lots of fun. I’m so glad I’ve found a class that I can keep going to as it doesn’t get boring and I know I will continue to get a lot more out of it as Kirsty pushes me to work harder and try increasingly difficult exercises.
